Payment Terms:
1. Payment Plan
Reservation Deposit upon Unit Reservation: 200,000 Thai Baht
1st Payment upon Contract Signing and Piling Completion: 30%
2nd Payment upon 1st-floor Foundation and 2nd-floor Structural Work Completion: 30%
3rd Payment upon Roof Structure, Partition Installation, and 20% System Work: 20%
4th Payment upon Finishing, Ceiling Work, Built-in Furniture, and 20% System Work: 20%
2. Common Fee (One-year advance payment)
8,500 Thai Baht per month
Including the following services:
- Pool cleaning 2 times per week
- Garden maintenance 2 times per week
- Pest control 1 time per month
- Trash management
- 24-hour security system
- CCTV cameras
- Water and electricity supply in common areas
- Free Wi-Fi service in common areas.
