All roof gardens for each villa are in harmony with the surrounding nature. They are also designed to help save energy and reduce temperatures from the sun.

There are 3 types of villas with excellent spaces and styles: all tropical plants, symbolizing abundance, fertility and longevity, reflecting the project's ideology of living in peace with nature.
Terms of payment:
1. Payment plan
Unit booking security deposit: THB 200,000
1st payment upon signing the contract and completion of piling works: 30%
2nd payment upon completion of the foundation of the 1st floor and structural works of the 2nd floor: 30%
3rd payment upon completion of roof construction, installation of partition walls and 20% of system works: 20%
4th payment upon completion of finishing works, ceiling works, built-in furniture and 20% of system works: 20%
2. Monthly maintenance fee (must be paid one year in advance)
THB 25,000 per month
Including the following services:
- Pool cleaning 2 times a week
- Garden care 2 times a week
- Pest control once a month
- Garbage management
- 24 hour security system
- Surveillance cameras (CCTV)
- Supply of water and electricity in general
