Water features play a prominent role in Villa Santisuk, starting from the impressive entrance walkway and continuing throughout the property.
The villa's name, "Santisuk," meaning tranquility, is fitting as cascading waterwalls and outdoor spa showers create a serene atmosphere. The villa's location at the top of the estate ensures privacy and security, with an inviting entrance walkway alongside reflection ponds, emphasizing guests' arrival and leading them to the main living level.

Expansive outdoor areas, including hard surfaces, grassy areas, and the pool deck, provide ample space for entertaining and hosting receptions. The signature two-story pavilion overlooks these areas and features a formal dining area, lounge, and side bar kitchen on the ground floor. The villa's main living pavilion offers captivating views of the 20-meter long infinity pool, crafted from Indonesian stone. At the southern end of the pool, a floating sala provides a relaxing space for massages, reading, and dining while enjoying the surrounding beauty.

Villa Santisuk comprises five spacious bedrooms, all with stunning sea views. Each bedroom features indoor and outdoor bathrooms, as well as ample closet space. Two large guest bedrooms (bedrooms 2 and 3) are situated at the rear side of the main villa level, offering high ceilings, wooden floors, and bathrooms with private garden areas and waterfalls. These bedrooms also boast outdoor showers.

The master bedroom suite is positioned on the northern side of the pool level, ensuring utmost privacy. The three-sided floor-to-ceiling folding/sliding windows maximize the breathtaking views of the hills and sea. The master bedroom impresses with its generous size, high ceilings, integrated work desk, and both indoor and outdoor shower facilities.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are accessed via a staircase leading down from the main living level. Both rooms offer magnificent sea views and spacious terraces/balconies. Bedroom 5 also features an ocean-view bath in addition to the shower. Behind bedroom 4, there is a home theater/TV room along with an additional storage room.

Descending further down the rear of the main living level, you will find a large kitchen and pantry. Additional stairs lead to a well-lit and airy gym, followed by two maids' rooms. A walkway at the rear of the villa leads to a mountain-facing sala, providing guests with a peaceful space for reading and relaxation away from the main villa.

It was completed around 2005 and has been meticulously maintained. It underwent a redecoration in 2022, ensuring that it retains its elegant and contemporary appeal.
