The green project is formed with an emphasis on the needs and spirit of Izmir residents. The first 4 floors are located in the base block, the 5th and 26th floors in the tower, the Green project consists of 10 loft apartments, a total of 112 households and 50 residential buildings, a total of 162 units. Housing types designed to meet different expectations and needs range from 1 +1 to 4 +1. The project also plans 10 shops of different sizes on the plots facing the street. The green project is located in the central district of Izmir, on a plot of 5110 square meters.
