Our project is located in the Mahmutlar region. It is located at the Gold City junction. The distance to the beach is about 600 meters. It is in a central location and within walking distance of public transportation vehicles, corporate markets, pharmacies, greengrocers, and restaurants. It takes about 20–25 minutes to get to Gazipaşa airport and 10–15 minutes to get to Alanya center. In total, there are 15 residences and 2 commercial independent sections in our project.
