As you go through the entrance door you immediately enter into a small reception area with a staircase to the right, this leads up to the bedrooms. To the left in the corner there is a lovely fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the kitchen also has plenty of storage and work tops and a door that leads to the outside areas.
From the reception room there is a doorway that leads out onto a terrace here you can enjoy breakfast whilst looking out over the amazing panoramic view. There is a well-maintained fireplace in the living room, this will be cosy in the cooler months of the year.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 in the main annexe and 1 in the garden annexe. The rooms are all of a good-size, and all have their own en-suite bathrooms. They also all enjoy the views over the bay and out to sea.
Outside there is a private pool and plenty of space for entertaining friends and family. There are different seating areas and a terrace near the pool where you can put sun loungers and parasols. You will also find a small grassed area near the pool.
