This Large Villa Near Calis Beach is just 10 mins walk away from Calis Beach. This well-located 5-bedroom Calis villa is situated on the main road that leads directly to the beach. It also enjoys the use of the public transport links from right outside the door. There are many local amenities along the road for you to enjoy including bars, restaurants, bakeries and local markets. In addition, you are also close to the Sunday Market where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit every week. Fethiye town centre is around 10 minutes away using a car or the bus.

The ground floor is open plan and consists of a large fully equipped kitchen which also gives you access to the outside balcony. The kitchen leads to a well lit lounge area that also gives access outside. The lounge area has a fireplace that is in full working order this will keep you cosy in the winter months.

Moving upstairs to the first floor you will find there are 3 good-sized bedrooms. All the bedrooms have their own balconies which have nice views. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite and the other 2 rooms use the family bathroom. There is also a utility room here for the washing machine etc.

At the side of the villa there is a green area, you can use this as a garden area but others on the complex have had this paved so that you can park next to the house.
There is also a communal pool that has a large terrace surrounding it so there is plenty of room for sun loungers and parasols. In addition, there is a smaller children’s pool. It also has an outside shower.
