This stunning Private Sea Front Property is located in Yahsi in the south of Bodrum. This secluded luxury house in Bodrum boasts its own private beach and jetty. Yahsi runs along the coastal part of Bodrum and is about 10 km away from the centre. It is one of the most popular areas where a lot of Turkish people spend their summers. The property faces out onto the sea and from here you are able to see the Greek island of Kos.
Interior
Driving up to the house there is an automatic secure gate and behind this there is space to park 7 plus cars. The outside of the property has some beautiful architecture. Entering the home you will walk through strong double doors into a large reception area. This area is completely open, and you can see straight up to the ceiling on the second floor. Ahead of you on this floor there are a couple of different seating areas. There are large sliding doors that lead out to the terrace at the other end of the reception area.
Once inside the property, and you turn to your right there is a large comfortable lounge area and to the left there is a modern fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen had a long island in the middle of it with an elegant breakfast bar at the end. Even though the ceilings are a little lower in these areas they are still light and airy as the large picture frame type windows let a lot of natural light in.
The ground floor also has 2 en-suite double bedrooms on either side of the open reception area. Additionally, there is a separate family bathroom on this floor
Upstairs the landing area is an oval shape and has elegant pillars around it. There are various rooms that lead off this area these include 4 en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a link to another of the rooms via a shared balcony where you can look right out over your own gardens and beach and out towards the island of Kos. Additionally, there is a utility room on this floor.
Exterior
Outside the property the grounds are immense but are well-maintained. You can access the terrace from the lounge and reception areas. Here there is plenty of room for comfortable seating, a dining table and even a game’s area. Additionally, there is a barbecue, this is an excellent area for entertaining friends and family or just for sitting and admiring the view.
A few steps out from the terrace there is a wooden decked area which has plenty of room for sun loungers and parasols. There is a large pool with an adjoining children’s pool. One of the best features outside is the mini aqua park next to the house. Another attraction that this beautiful property has is its own private beach and jetty. Also, there is an additional building behind the property for the house caretakers
