This unique system is designed to fill the building with energy, cleanse the space of dark manifestations of human nature, reduce conflict, increase concentration, and improve mental tasks, while harmonizing the space for a happy life, promoting the development of mental and physical abilities, especially in children.
The project integrates the five natural elements—Air, Water, Fire, Tree, and Stone—through features like air purification systems, waterfalls, greenery, and natural stone finishes, creating a balanced, serene environment. It also appeals to the seven senses: Taste, through exclusive dining experiences; Smell, with custom natural fragrances like jasmine and ylang-ylang permeating the public spaces; Touch, through the use of tactile, natural materials and crystals; Hearing, with high-end acoustic systems playing 432 Hz frequencies to soothe and regenerate the body; Sight, with soft, adjustable lighting and breathtaking visual features like waterfalls and greenery; and Balance, through architectural elements like floating art objects, flying dining areas, and open spaces that promote equilibrium and mindfulness. The extensive amenities include a private drop-off area, a dedicated service entrance, outdoor lounge seating, an outdoor waterfall, and a grand timber entry door. Inside, there is a double-volume reception area with cozy seating and a treehouse-inspired lounge.
