Investment Required:

We are seeking a total investment of AED 20,000,000 / $ 5,500,000 (USD) to fund the expansion of our operations, improve operational efficiency, and increase production capacity. This investment will provide the necessary capital to scale our business and strengthen our competitive position in the market

Investment Allocation

1.Product Innovation (AED 5.2M, 26%):
Develop new fragrances, product lines, and sustainable packaging.
This could include:
•New Fragrance Development: Create unique scents that appeal to a wider audience.
•Product Line Expansion: Introduce niche or limited-edition fragrances.
•Sustainable Packaging: Develop eco-friendly packaging solutions.

2.Sales and Marketing (AED 6M, 30%):
Expand sales teams, digital marketing, brand development, and trade shows. This could include:
•Digital Marketing: Utilize social media, influencer partnerships, and targeted online ads.
•Brand Ambassadors: Partner with celebrities or influencers to promote perfumes.
•Experiential Marketing: Create immersive brand experiences.

3.Distribution and Retail (AED 4.8M, 24%):
Grow retail networks, B2B partnerships, and optimize logistics. This could include:
•Retail Expansion: Open new stores in strategic locations for retails and wholesales
•Present in exhibitions in UAE, USA, Europe & UK.
•E-commerce Platform : Develop a robust online shopping platform.
•Partnerships with Distributors : Establish relationships with distributors to increase product availability.

4.New Market Entry (AED 4M, 20%):
Research new markets, establish partnerships, and localize marketing efforts. This could include:
•Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and consumer trends.
•Export Opportunities: Explore opportunities to export perfumes to new regions.
•Localized Marketing: Develop marketing campaigns tailored to specific regions and cultures.

Investor Benefits:

•20 % Payment of the total (AED 20,000,000) initial investment funding amount will be paid to the investor per year (AED 4,000,000) for a consecutive 5-year period. The 1st year period will start after a 6-month grace period for expansion production to commence from date of the Joint Venture Agreement being signed between the partners. This initial 6-month grace period will be added to the end of the 5-year Joint Venture Agreement.

•The profit ratio will be paid for a total of the 5-years Joint Venture Contract period and the initial investment amount of AED 20,000,000 will be paid back to the investor as an exit profit at the end of the 5-year joint venture period.
