Year 4: Revenue: AED 285M to AED 325M, Profit: AED 42.75M to AED 48.75M
Year 5: Revenue: AED 350M to AED 400M, Profit: AED 52.5M to AED 60M

4.Return on Investment (ROI)
Profits will be distributed annually based on the projected profitability, with your company receiving 40% of the net profits. The initial investment is expected to be fully recovered by Year 3, unless otherwise agreed upon. This provides a clear and predictable timeline for the return on investment.

oInvestor (Joint Venture Partner): Provide financial support, offer strategic guidance, and potentially assist with market
expansion through access to networks and resources. Your company will play a key role in helping us scale the business and reach new markets.
