There's a good amount of decking on the ocean side with a rooftop deck the length of the whole house where you can enjoy the sunrise over the ocean and catch the sunsets over the sound. The house has been sparsely rented by the owner in 2024 and is not obligated to any property management program in the future. This makes it one of the few options on Hatteras that truly gives a buyer a choice to rent by owner or add to a property management program, use as a second home, or spend the summer or entire year there yourself.
