This property of 112 acres is partially planted with producing oil palm that is about 5 years old. The majority is covered with beautiful primary forest. There is a year round stream that has small waterfalls and pools that are ideal for a refreshing dip on a hot day. The stream is also a natural source of water to the residents on the farm. Close to the house there are ponds where Tilapia can be fished for a fresh meal. Around the cleared areas close to the house there are many fruits and vegetables that can be harvested for an all time fresh meal.
