It is not necessary to destroy the floors for the systems as in the corner of the villa there are empty columns for the pipes and wires to pass.
The turret has been already restored and has electrified opening and lighting.

A legend states that In the garden there's a hidden stairs built in 1905 which gave access to the lover of the original owner.
