This property of 112 acres is partially planted with producing oil palm that is about 5 years old. The majority is covered with beautiful primary forest. There is a year round stream that has small waterfalls and pools that are ideal for a refreshing dip on a hot day. The stream is also a natural source of water to the residents on the farm. Close to the house there are ponds where Tilapia can be fished for a fresh meal. Around the cleared areas close to the house there are many fruits and vegetables that can be harvested for an all time fresh meal. There is plenty of room for raising chickens for eggs or poultry to add to your meals.

The access is by 4x4 on a gravel road, with the nearest town about 15 min drive away. Due to it's location at a higher altitude the climate is cooler.
