This excellent plot of land is located near the small tourist town of Valun by the sea on the island of Cres, Croatia.
The land covers a total area of approximately 40 hectares (400,000,00 m2) and is located in sunny south bay, protected from the southwest wind (ponente), strong north wind (bora), southern wind (jugo).
There are two beautiful beaches.
One is on the land 40 metres long. The other one is next to the land and is 100 metres long.
The plot is 300 m air-line distance to the neighbouring urbanized land for the camp.
A macadam water system road passes through that leads to town of Cres. The land is also by the main state asphalted road from Cres to Valun.
Water passes over the land, there are 4 manholes. Calling tubes are on the land together with water supply tubes.
60m from the sea, there are also several small old stone huts (which can be legalized).
The depth of the sea along the coast is not more than 3m and 10m distance from shore depths are more than 15m.
The coastline is approximately 700 metres in length.
There are also around 100 olive trees on the land.
About the Area:
Valun is a village on the Croatian island of Cres. The village of Valun was founded as a port of the now abandoned village of Bucov.
The village is famous as the location where one of the oldest Croatian Glagolitic inscriptions, called the Valun tablet, was found.
Cres is an Adriatic island in Croatia. it is one of the northern islands in the Kvarner Gulf and can be reached via Rijeka by cata maran (fast boat for passengers).
Cres has its own fresh water lake, which is very highly guarded and illegal to swim or fish in.
