In the interior no works have been done except installing air conditioning on the ground floor, new shutters. The doors are wonderful and in good condition, but the electrical and plumbing systems as well as all the bathrooms, need restoration. It is not necessary to destroy the floors for the systems as in the corner of the villa there are empty columns for the pipes and wires to pass.
The turret has been already restored and has electrified opening and lighting.
On the left side of the house there's the cellar, restored.
On the rear of the villa there is a small part which is not renovated. It is attached to the villa and is a volume which can be reused for a small annex or changing rooms for a swimming pool.
A legend states that In the garden there's a hidden stairs built in 1905 which gave access to the lover of the original owner.
