There are large closets in each bedroom as well as a large pantry and cupboards in each kitchen. The bathrooms have oversized showers and are very spacious.

There is a pump house with a 25.000 liter / 6,500-gallon cistern. There is also a small house for gardener or service help complete with a small shelter that can be used as a laundry facility.

The house was architecturally designed and built by an engineer. It is classic, sturdy column and beam construction. All of the out building as well as the house have red metal roofs. The exterior of the house is plaster over concrete block.

There are many fruit and nut trees and full growth palms around the house. There are massive, centuries old productive mango trees, cashew trees, a variety of fruit trees including avocados and other exotic fruits. 2 sides of the perimeter of the acre-plus lot are planted in full growth Eucalyptus trees. There is an ivy-covered block wall surrounding the property.

The huge lot measures 5000 sq. meters and offers many possibilities for expansion-- add a swimming pool, additional building structures or spectacular gardens.

There are many income opportunities with this home and property. With very little adjustment, it could be converted to a small hotel or boutique bed and breakfast. It could be a small clinic, school or office space.
