Cropani Marina is a charming coastal village on the south coast of italy on the shores of the ionian Sea, by road approximately 28km east of the historic town of Catanzaro, the provincial centre; it has a population of approximately 5,000.

Driving along the coast from Cropani Marina there are a succession of villages with traditional shops and excellent restaurants and with beautiful beaches. A drive northwards through nearby Cropani brings one to the rural village of Sersala with its weekly street market and beyond it many small villages scattered throughout the mountains with beautiful views of the coast.

The building plot is located on a small cul-de-sac of twenty plots off the Viale Adriatico on the western side of the village; the plots have been individually developed.
